**8 COPIES LEFT** Signed paperback copies of Storm of Hope
I am a Preeclampsia survivor. In 2015, after swearing off that I would never go through another pregnancy, NICU stay, premature baby....God blessed us with a little man. I still ended up with Preeclampsia. I still had to go through another NICU, still had to hold on to a premature baby. This time, I was slammed by a hurricane called, postpartum depression. Told mostly through journal entries and poetry, this is a story of my storm. I love the life I live
I love the life I live
if I say it over and over again,
Maybe I'll live the life I love.
Reviews
"She writes with emotion as she fights through preeclampsia, two births, and depression. Through her writings, you sense her faith in Christ was and is her daily lifeline." - Amazon reviewer
"I will say Storm of Hope is just as it is titled. A written book of pure hope and overcoming. Although the poetry is very slim in abundance, what there is, is very powerful!" - from fellow poet, Mckayla Debonis
"For those women who have gone through similar ordeals that the author has, this book will definitely help to make you realize that you’re not alone in your struggles. I recommend this book to anyone, but especially to mothers and those who struggle with preeclampsia or postpartum depression." - from fellow reviewer and Guilder, author JC Roberts
"Before reading this book, I had never heard of preeclampsia. I have tons of respect for Tualla for going through this, plus postpartum depression, and managing to maintain a positive outlook and find the light at the end of the tunnel. It has a really inspirational message, and I would recommend this book to anyone going through a difficult time, especially with health issues.
It's super important for books like this to exist. Often, the media can glamorize pregnancy, and make it look like a dream that every woman should want to go through. But there are so many complications and difficulties that can arise, and I really appreciate seeing an honest portrayal of them." - Savy Leiser
